Applied Biosystems 3730XL - A next-generation sequencing instrument that produces medium-length reads and can be used for a variety of applications

Agilent Bioanalyzer - A capillary electrophoresis device used by our lab for QC of RNA and DNA samples. We support the use of RNA Nano, RNA Pico, DNA 1000, and DNA HS chips

Qubit - A fluorometer, in conjunction with associated reagents, which can accurately measure the concentration of RNA and DNA samples

Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 12K Flex Real-Time PCR System - Offers the best combination of convenience, flexibility, throughput, and cost-effectiveness for mid-density genotyping, and gene expression and digital PCR studies

Applied Biosystems StepOnePlus Real-Time PCR System - delivers precise, quantitative Real-Time PCR results for a variety of genomic research applications

NanoString nCounter - allows the digital analysis of up to 800 targets per mRNA, miRNA, lncRNA or DNA sample without amplification, cDNA conversion, or library preparation
