As part of my M.S. in Wildlife Science, I worked to establish SPARCnet as a regional monitoring network in the Northeast. For the PhD, I plan on using data collected by the network and its collaborators to investigate questions related to climate adaptation and population ecology. In this talk I will introduce SPARCnet, discuss our approach to understanding population dynamics across a species range, and propose some avenues of research I would like to pursue for my PhD in Ecology.
