Feiyue Lu, an MCIBS graduate student in Dave Gilmour’s lab, has won the BBA-Gene Regulatory Mechanisms Poster Award at the 2018 American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Symposium on Transcriptional Regulation by Chromatin and RNA Polymerase II held in Snowbird, UT October 4th-8th. Feiyue’s poster, entitled “A simplified and shortened CTD of RNA Polymerase II fully supports Drosophila development” was chosen by the participants.
