Microfluidics M-110EH-30 Microfluidizer Processor
Uses
- Micro-mixing of emulsions and dispersions
- Cell disruption
- Particle size reduction
- Deagglomeration
Details
- Contains a hydraulic power system, a high-pressure single-acting intensifier pump, an interaction chamber (where size reduction of the product occurs), an auxiliary processing module, and a cooling unit that returns the product to ambient temperature.
- Within the processor, the product is pressurized and acted upon by high-velocity contact with channel walls as well as collision upon itself.
