Dr. Terry E. Robinson is the Elliot S. Valenstein Collegiate Professor of Behavioral Neuroscience and Professor of Psychology at the University of Michigan. Dr. Robinson has served as Chair of the Biopsychology Program and Director of the Neuroscience Program and is currently Director of the NIDA Training Program in Neuroscience at Michigan. He is a Charter Fellow of the American Psychological Society, a Fellow of the AAAS, a member of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology (ACNP) and the Society for Neuroscience, and has served on a number of NIH grant review panels. He is also former Editor-in-Chief of the journal Behavioural Brain Research, which publishes research articles in all areas of behavioral neuroscience. Dr. Robinson's research concerns the persistent behavioral and neurobiological consequences of drug use, and the implications of these for addiction and relapse.
