Microbial Community Dynamics Workshop

Microbiome Center

  February 22, 2019 @ 02:00 pm to 04:00 pm

Room 226 Rodney A. Erickson Food Science Building
  University Park

Featuring:

Jesse Zaneveld, Ph.D., Assistant Professor
University of Washington Bothell

This workshop will review the main patterns by which microbial communities are thought to respond to stress, and how the Karenina tool can be used to model different scenarios for beta-diversity change in response to perturbation. Participants will then use the q2-karenina package, part of the broader QIIME2 ecosystem, to test competing models for microbial community change.
