As_part of our ongoing career planning discussions, join us for some_straight talk_on balancing work and family at various stages of the academic life cycle._ In this interactive session,_we will field your questions_on the joys and challenges of balancing families and science careers. Our goal is to share strategies, decision points and some thoughtful reflection on work-family issues you may confront as you move through the academic ranks at an R1 university.
