  • De novo whole genome sequencing

Specifications

  • The Revio can run up to 4 SMRT cells at a time
  • Each SMRTcell can produce up to ~120 Gb of data
  • High Fidelity (HiFi) reads with >99% accuracy from templates of 1 – 20 kb in length can be generated from circular consensus sequencing
  • Multiplexing available for Iso-seq, amplicon, and bacterial genome sequencing
  • Each sample requires only 500 ng input
