I study pneumonia dynamics in a bighorn sheep metapopulation near Hells Canyon, Idaho, with Drs. Frances Cassirer, Raina Plowright, and Peter Hudson. I'm interested in heterogeneity in transmission, and partitioning what part of it derives from variation in contact structure vs. variation in probability of transmission given contact.
