Data Analysis Working Group (DAWG) Workshop: 16S and ITS Amplicon Analysis

Our first data analysis working group (DAWG) workshop is coming up this Friday from 1-3pm in AVBS 106. We will start our "Tree of Life" series with a short lecture and hands-on analysis of bacterial and fungal amplicon sequence data. If you plan on attending, to prepare for this week's workshop, please ensure you have access to R and RStudio (or Positron), either downloaded on your personal computer or through Roar.
