Join us on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM at the Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub for the Biomedical Innovation Exchange, a combined event featuring the Center for Biodevices Symposium and Biomedical Engineering Research Forum. The event will feature networking with corporate partners and colleagues, as well as introduce several new initiatives that the CfB will launch over the next year:
- Digital Resources – New digital tools to support cross-campus collaboration and funding development.
- Tiered Seed Award Program – Multiple funding tiers (e.g., spark, planning, and translational awards) to support ideas from early discovery through prototype and validation.
- Industry Engagement Programs – Structured pathways for industry collaboration, including corporate membership programs and industry-faculty capstone project sponsorship.
- Workforce Development Programs – Training and experiential learning pipelines, including a lab-to-industry internship program that connects students and trainees with partner companies.
