Students who have conducted their graduate degree in the natural sciences (Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth Sciences), Engineering, Mathematics, or Computing, and all sub-disciplines therein, and have completed, or expect to complete, all of the requirements for the conferral of their PhD in one of these fields between May 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027, may potentially secure a foundation-funded postdoctoral experience that will allow them a significant technical or disciplinary pivot from their PhD topic in order to foster interdisciplinarity.
