Femto Pulse Sytstem

Uses

Check the quality and size of high molecular weight genomic DNA prior to long-read sequencing applications.

Specifications

  • Measures DNA fragments from 100 base pairs up to 165,000 base pairs (165 kb) long.
  • Can quantitate DNA fragments down to the femtogram level (as low as 50 fg/µL), which is up to 100 times more sensitive than standard tools.

Details

Provide a minimum volume of 5 µL at a concentration of 0.5 ng/µL or greater in 1.5 mL tubes. If these samples are part of a larger project, please ensure the volume is sufficient for both QC and your specific downstream library prep requirements.
