The BD LSRFortessa Cytometer is a four-laser, 14-parameter special order high-use instrument. It is equipped with 405 nm (violet), 488 nm, (blue), 532 nm (green), and 640 nm (red) lasers. The high-throughput sampler (HTS) feature provides rapid, fully automated sample acquisition from 96 well plates. In high-throughput mode, the HTS option can run through a 96-well plate in fewer than 15 minutes with less than 0.5% sample carryover from one well to the next.
