The Beckman Coulter MoFlo Astrios EQ Cell Sorter is a five laser cell sorter (355 nm UV, 405 nm Violet, 488 nm Blue, 532 nm Green, and 640 nm Red) that can measure up to 19 fluorescence parameters and multiple light-scatter parameters simultaneously. In addition to being placed in a bio-safety cabinet, this instrument has an aerosol containment system that allows us to run up to BSL-2+ samples.
