Hydra Bio pFIB-SEM

The Hydra Bio pFIB-SEM is a versatile system that supports both room-temperature and cryogenic workflows. It prepares lamella for volume EM and cryo-ET, performs slice-by-slice SEM imaging, and integrates iFLM for correlative light and electron microscopy (CLEM). This system is equipped with multiple chemical protection sources to mitigate charging and reduce milling artifacts. ​
