Super Resolution Microscopes

Fluorescence and confocal microscopes hosted by the Microscopy Facility. Acquired via an NSF-MRI award (PI: Charlie Anderson), these two microscopes are featuring Nobel Prize winning super resolution technology (2014 Nobel Prize in Chemistry), which enables one to obtain fluorescence images at a resolution beyond diffraction limit (~250 nm) of the light. The microscopes are located in MSC N-030E.
