Isothermal titration calorimetry

Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) is a technique that measures the heat absorbed or released during a binding event.

Integrating the raw data leads to calculation of the enthalpy of binding and fitting of the enthalpy versus the ligand-to-macromolecule mole ratio to an appropriate model provides stoichiometry, dissociation constant, and binding entropy.
