Variant sequencing

This is a method of resequencing targeted genomic regions. It is only available for human gene targets.

For example, there are approximately 1300 rare mutations across the cystic fibrosis gene, CFTR. This resequencing protocol allows for more accurate and reliable screening of mutations. It provides ready-to-use PCR primer sets and protocols for PCR and sequencing.
