Providing expression and genetic analysis services to researchers at Penn State and outside the University

The Genomics Core Facility at University Park provides access to advanced instrumentation for next-generation sequencing, as well as DNA and RNA sequencing services, including:

  • Whole genome and transcriptome sequencing of non-model organisms,
  • Amplicon sequencing for metagenomic studies,
  • Degradome sequencing, and
  • ChiP and RiP sequencing.
