Details
- Particle size sensitivity: resolves 0.5um particles from background with a maximum detection of up to 40um diameter particle.
- Sensitivity: 300 MESF for PE, <600 MESF for APC
- Signal amplification: Linear and log amplification with 4 decade log transformation, pulse width, ratio, peak height and peak area for each parameter plus time.
- Lasers: Argon ion blue 488nm with 20mW output and HeNe Red 633nm with 20mW output .
- Optical filters: see the dye chart for filter and dye configurations.
- Sample handling: Single tube sampler accepts 12 X 75 mm tubes or a 32 place carousel can be used. Samples are automatically vortexed prior to sampling.
- Sorting: no sorting capabilities.
- Software: CXP software controls the instrument. Listmode data files can be collected and reanalyzed in offline flow cytometry software packages such as FCS Express or Flojo or WinMDI, available free from http://facs.scripps.edu/software.html.
