Automated Biological Calorimetry Facility, University Park
Providing high-throughput thermodynamic analysis of biological macromolecule binding and folding to University and outside researchers
We employ two techniques:
- Isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) for studying ligand-macromolecule binding
- Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) for investigating stability and folding thermodynamics
Our calorimetry instruments are fully-automated and require the least amount of sample of any commercially available instrumentation.
