Doctoral committee
The Graduate School appoints the Doctoral Committee for a Genetics student. This committee typically consists of four or more active members of the Graduate Faculty.
At least one member of the committee must be from outside the Genetics Program. The advisor should submit the names of the Doctoral Committee to the Program Office for processing of the required paperwork. The Doctoral Committee should meet at least once a year.
