A 2-day workshop open to postdocs on all Penn State campuses. Aims to help postdocs on how to establish meaningful goals, and manage research projects and laboratories. Also covers the principles of responsible conduct of research. Registration deadline: May 5.
Agenda
The workshop will include presentations, break-out sessions, and role playing of postdoc-mentor scenarios.
- Day 1: Goal setting and developing an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
- Day 2: Lab or project management and related Responsible Conduct in Research topics
