Hudson elected to Royal Society
Peter Hudson, Director of the Huck Institutes, is among 44 new Fellows of the Royal Society elected in 2008. The Royal Society is the national academy of science of the UK and the Commonwealth.
Dr Hudson is internationally renowned for his research melding fieldwork, laboratory studies and mathematical modeling on wildlife disease and parasite ecology. A special feature of his work is the use of bold field experimentation to dissect the dynamical impact of parasitism on host populations.
