ICAM-I2CAM awards

The Institute for Complex Adaptive Matter (ICAM) and its international counterpart (I2CAM) promote the study of soft, hard, and living matter exhibiting emergent behavior: phenomena whose ultimate cause involves interactions between many simple units but which cannot be easily predicted from knowledge of the component parts alone. Awards are available to support research of junior scientists, short research trips (e.g. for meetings or facilities visits), and workshops.
